Registration Guidelines

• IAA Membership number is mandatory for registration in the IAA member category.
• On all online payments, bank gateway charges will be applicable as per actuals.
• Registration for children below 6 years is complimentary. (Govt. Age ID Proof is Mandatory).
• Registration fees include admission to the scientific halls, trade exhibition, inaugural function, lunches/dinners and delegate kit
• Make sure to mention the email ID & mobile number that you use regularly. As it will be used for the registration receipt and other conference communication.
• The organizing committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date/venue due to unforeseen reasons.
• Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays/failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.
• All delegates must carry their photo ID (government-approved) for a smooth registration procedure.
• It is mandatory to submit a HOD Letter to avail of registration in the post-graduate category.
• For spot registrations: Payment will be accepted only by mode of cash/card/UPI. The disbursal of the delegate kit for the same will be subject to availability.
• NOTE:
  1. No registration cancellation request will be entertained after 31th August 2024.
  2. The final decision in any discrepancy will be by the Organising Committee and will be binding on all.

Follow The Steps Below To Complete Your Registration Offline:

• Visit our official website www.iaacon2024.com and download the registration form.
• Once you have the form, complete it carefully and accurately. Be sure to provide all required information.
• Choose your payment method (UPI Payment Screen Shot) and attach with the form.

Cancellation Refund Policy

• Requests for Cancellation and to process refunds must be emailed to the conference secretariat at email: iaacon2024@gmail.com
• Cancellation till 1 May 2024-25% Cancellation Charges will be levied.
• Cancellation till 21 July 2024-50% Cancellation Charges will be levied.
• Cancellation till 31st August 2024-75% Cancellation Charges will be levied.
• No refund for the cancellation request after the 1st of September 2024.
• Refund will be initiated/transferred by Online, DD/Cheque only after the conference.
• Registration is not transferable.
• Refunds will be made post conference.
• GST will not be considered for refund.
• The final decision in any discrepancy will be by the Organising Committee and will be binding on all.
